This program is a personalized, consultation, designed to dive into your habits so you can create holistic changes that align with your health and wellness goals! I’ll help you track your progress week by week, and we’ll make any adjustments as needed. You’ll find a routine that gives you more energy, makes you feel your absolute best, calms negative thoughts, and grants you a sense of balance — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

• We’ll meet in your first Health Goals session (FREE!) to discuss your health and wellness goals, and create a holistic health plan designed specifically for your body AND your life!
• Get an outside look at your health and eating habits from a certified expert (Thats’ me) to determine which obstacles are holding you back from success.
• No suffering! This program is designed to be realistic and friendly, so you can approach your goals in a stress-free environment.
• Learn how to regulate your weight, improve your digestion, prevent premature aging, and radically increase your energy with a food plan based exclusively on your biotype.
• No more extreme diets! Instead, we’ll find the foods that are favorable to your biotype, so you can enjoy more freedom in knowing what works best for you.

WHAT SHOULD I NOT EXPECT IN THIS COACHING PROGRAM?

This program is NOT intended to replace any type of medical treatment and/or pharmaceutical prescription. However, many clients have found that the habits implemented here are a great compliment to any current plan with their doctor. These are healthy habits made with a natural and holistic approach.

TAKE THE FIRST STEP

IT ALL STARTS WITH A FREE SESSION FO CUSED ON YOUR HEALTH GOALS.

During this 30 minute session, we’ll talk over Zoom or phone, and discuss your health goals and what you hope to gain from working with a Holistic Health Coach.

All YOU have to do is come prepared with your goals, so we can have a deep conversation about your current habits and the healthy lifestyle you want to achieve. We’ll also talk about your relationships with food, exercise, weight, energy levels, motivation, relationships, work, and any other areas you feel could use some attention in your life!

During this session, I can determine whether you will benefit from working with me or if I should recommend you to another specialist who could better resolve your concerns. (Again — I’m here to help!) You’re invited to bring up any doubts you might have regarding the program, as I always encourage open and honest discussions.

Reminder: This session is of no cost to you and is NOT a commitment to follow through with a program. It’s simply meant for us to connect and talk about YOUR goals!

what happens next?

If I believe my program is a right fit for you, i will send you an email with the summary of what we discussed, plus the cost of the program and your payment options. Once you confirm the details, and the first payment goes through — your spot is reserved!

Then, it’s onto the fun stuff…

• You’ll receive introductory documents so you can start building better health and wellness habits right away!

• We’ll schedule twelve 1:1 coaching sessions, held weekly over three months, where we’ll get together by Zoom or phone.

• Plan to meet for 50 minutes at a time, so we can talk about all areas of health related to achieving your goals.

• PLUS you’ll get tools for success including self-discovery worksheets, book recommendations, useful articles, movie suggestions, delicious recipes related to your lifestyle changes…and SO MUCH MORE!
